This WIKI invites discussion on the grounds of our experience.

Grounds that may be invisible, that may be sensed, that may be apparent, that may be imagined.

Grounds like the news media, the language we use, the symbols that surround us, the images we ingest.

Groundwork is the exploration, detection and awareness of grounds.

Grounds found, for example, in the interface between therapy and art; the interface between awareness and communication; the interface between new media and the human psyche, the interface between the push of marketing and the pull of the heart.

When different things rub together, they generate energy. Energy is usually not found in things themselves, but where they rub up against other things.

Groundwork is the exploration of the grounds of our experience. What we rub up against, and how those things rub against us.

In a time when most of the grounds of our experience are either hidden, or in the hands of strangers, reposession of our experience is crucial.

Whether you are involved in art, therapy, philosopy, education or business, you rub up against something that conditions your experience. Tell us.
